We will report on the condition of your garage floor, walls, ceilings.

We will inspect the main service panel, any sub panels, gfci outlets, and wiring.

We will report on the condition or your HVAC system, including filters, visible duct work, and controls.

We will make sure all fixtures operate properly.

We will examine and report on the condition of your roof, any flashing and vents, and also attic spaces that can me reached.

We will check windows, walls, doors, light fixtures, fans, smoke detectors, and laundry rooms.

Inspect and run appliances, check the conditions of counters and cabinets.
